David is a partner in the firm's commercial property division. With a background in general commercial property, David now specialises in planning law, providing advice on planning applications, appeals, objections, planning agreements, enforcement actions and development plans. David has been involved in several planning inquiries, and acts for a variety of clients ranging from homeowners, businesses and developers, to planning authorities and renewable energy projects.
In addition to his planning caseload, David's still uses his extensive commercial property experience in providing advice on commercial property purchase and sales, securities, leases, and property development.
